It looks like you can’t simply do this manually from the account, the only option is to target specific carriers – but can it solve the problem? Carriers are not grouped by connection type in the list (i.e. T-Mobile carrier traffic and T-Mobile WiFi spots are not separated)
Any insights/workarounds regarding this issue?
Jumptap is notorious for sending Wi-Fi traffic when you don’t want it, not sure as much as what you can do other than contact your rep.
