Ok. First. This i a CPS (Cost Per Sale) type of campaign. I’m selling a PC Maintenance tool software product.
I get 75% of the sale so it is average USD$ 27.
The campaign is live right now on Bing for US market.
Their is actually around 50 adgroups.
These 50 adgroups are "grouped" around 15 themes/actions .
PC Speed —> Adgroup1 = PC Speed / Adgroup2 = Computer Speed / etc
Boost ––> Adgroup1 = Boost PC / etc…
Slow —> Adgroup1 = Slow PC / etc
And so one. Each themes has 3-5 adgroups.
Each adgroups has 30-50 high volume keywords.
For each adgroups I have some obvious negative keywords.
The AM said conversion rate are around 2-5%.
I have 4 ads per adgroup.
I will throw more numbers tonight.

Also, you may want to qualify the type of traffic that is converts at 2-5% to… conversion rates can be easily distorted by different traffic types.
