Glad I finally got around to joining this forum. I’ve been in marketing for several years and most recently spent my time generating leads for a large national real estate company. I first attempted affiliate marketing about a year ago and shortly after, I was diagnosed with cancer. After a few surgeries and chemo, I’m doing well. So for the last few months, its been about getting back to business.
I’m looking forward to digging in here, meeting helpful people and hopefully helping some myself.
Its great to see more come on board with lead gen experience – your learning curve should be cut significantly cause knowing how to "sell" the action of "submitting personal information" to a prospect is key in this game.
It would be great if you at some point could share your experience of lead gen.
Great news as well that you are recovering after suffering from cancer.
Im sure it has put things into perspective.
You have overcome the biggest challenge in affiliate marketing – lack of action & focus. Somehow I dont think you’ll have any issues with that.
Welcome man! What part of Texas? I’m in Houston
My experience incorporated online, print, radio, tv, outdoor – a lot of different things. Somewhere between 60-80% of our leads were online. Maybe I’ll do a write up on it. Thanks for the welcome!
My reply with quote is freaking out for some reason.
Daksneezian – I’m in Fort Worth. Spent more time than I care to in Houston last summer.
I did eat at some pretty awesome restaurants while I was there though.
Welcome! I’m also new to the community; I love it so far!
Great to have you here….welcome
