A while a go (3-4 years) I tried to set up a landing page, put a bunch of affiliate links on it like I was told and then send traffic to it.
I paid for traffic, attempted SEO and after a while, no result.
I continued to tinker a bit with SEO, with no success.
Since then I have maintained but only a mild interest in IM, reading things here and there, watching big product launches and still dreaming of a better way.
I came across a blog written by a one Mr Green a couple years back, then a few days ago I heard a Kiwi accent on the ViperChill podcast, the person speaking was Mr Green.
So, here I am… Ready to have not just a crack at things this time. I want to be good at it.
I’m looking forward to learning from you all.
I’ll warn you now… there are quite a few Aussies here – so keep your wits about you.
…and welcome to the forum fellow Kiwi!
I’m based in Dunedin. Hit me up if you’re ever down.
Are you relatively new to AM in terms of running paid traffic? If so, Caurmen’s getting started guide is great reading – https://stackthatmoney.com/forum/show…TION-AND-INDEX
Also keep an eye out for stickied topics from Caurmen as they tend to compile a lot of information into one place.
Welcome mate! Good to have another southern elite onboard
Thanks for the heads up mate… Those Aussies can be crafty, occasionally.
Same deal if you’re up this way.
I am pretty new to paid traffic, no real idea of what to do. So thanks for the nudge in the right direction.
Hello and welcome to STM!
Yep, the Getting Started Guide is definitely a good place to – erm – get started.
After that, one guide you might want to investigate is the Mobile Cookbook Appetiser: it’s designed to be one of the fastest ways to get your feet wet in AM, specifically in mobile. https://stackthatmoney.com/forum/show…-The-Appetiser
And please don’t hesitate to ask questions if you’re confused or get stuck! We were all new to AM at one point!
Looking forward to hearing how you get on!
