I did a search a saw a few threads about having an accountant, which is good advice, but you also have to have something on your end to manage things.
What software do you use?
I have experience with Quickbooks and am considering Quickbooks Pro or Enterprise. I also use mint.com to a minor extent, just to manage my personal finances and keep an eye on the big picture. Overall, I am a fan of using these tools to manage money.
xero is the shit.
I’ve used FreshBooks for awhile. Also mint.com looks nice, I may have to give that a try
Freshbooks is decent. So far have no complain on it.
For the UK i use crunch.co.uk which i remembered finch doing a post about
compared to my old dipshit accountant they have made my life very much easier
I use mint too, but I use waveapps to just keep a clean organized overview of the biz.
Also (out of habit) use it to invoice affiliate networks.
I really like Wave.
It doesn’t overcomplicate things.
Very clean/simple interface.
I use freshbooks seems to do the job
