There is a nice chapter about systems vs goals and he has some really good points. I can really recommended that book to everyone.
And in the case you say, cranking x amount of campaigns a day = system
In the end you have/need a goal, but I think the way to achieve it is by using a good system (like creating x amount of campaigns daily/weekly/monthly)
https://www.charlesngo.com/howtofail/ a nice summary about that chapter.

Yeah, that’s a great book. The systems approach is really good, and works if you follow it.
People usually create a goal that is way too big and get discouraged. I always liked to set smaller goals I could achieve, because it goes a long way to making you feel more productive and successful. If you say ‘I’m going to build 5 campaigns per day this week’, and one day you get busy and can only do 3, then the next you do 3 again…you start to feel like a failure. If you set a goal that you know for sure you can easily achieve, it’s easier to feel successful and you’ll actually get more done in the long run.
