I know leadimpact is working with the exact match system but lets say I’m bidding on the target ".match.com" on 0.02 and someone else bidding on the target "match.com" on 0.02 who’s win?
and lets say I’m biding on 0.015 (".match.com") because there is no competition for ".match.com" and he is bidding on "match.com" where the bids are higher so I guess he will win but I can’t see there is competition on ".match.com" I have no reason to raise the bid but I’m not getting traffic because match.com bid is higher , my english is weak and I hope you get my point , this is a really big problem cuz sometimes I’m bidding on keywords/domain and I see no traffic and I’m 100% sure someone else bidding on similar variation of the target (shorter or longer) but with higher bid and I can’t see his bid and I can’t do nothing

if you want to see competition, just create a campaign and add targets that you want to see its competition. then pause the targets. so they wont run but you will be able to see the competition for those targets.

I started a variation of target for sake of example I will continue with using ”match.com”
I am running it for 5 days now.
1st day – match.com (the original one) had like 104 views and since then only 3.
Now I am seeing traffic going to its variations only, most go to these
I get why traffic started going to those first two, but do not get why the last three are getting views and why the original one, match.com, stopped so suddenly?
Bids are the same and nobody else is bidding on it at this moment.
Is that normal? Any ideas please?

The cap is set for 14 days. This happened on second day of separate campaign set in Li. I also ran the same target in previous campaign where the cap was also 14 days and it delivered on average 80 views each day for 9 days. (until I stopped it there myself.)

Set it to 1/24 and see if it changes anything.

Ok, I changed the cap to 24 hrs and will report back here with results. I am not sure if it will be that clear to say at this moment as since yesterday I have 2 competitors constantly overbidding me on original and variations as well.
How is it with total traffic and variations, please?
If the original target gets lets say 100 views per day and you add variations, will those 100 views be spread over them all? Or will the variations be bringing completely new and additional traffic to those already getting from original target?
